Rihards Millers is studying at the Latvian Academy of Music; he has graduated from the Ventspils School of Music. Rihards Millers has studied with vocal teachers Krišjānis Norvelis, Anna Maria Ferante, Anita Garanča, Aivars Krancmanis, Lieve Jansen, Joy Mammen. He is a laureate of Alfrēds Kalniņš’s vocal competition (1st place, 2009, 2nd place, 2005), and of Alīda Vāne’s International Competition of Young Vocalists (1st place, 2008).
