Perrine Madoeuf made her debut in opera at the age of 9 by singing Gretel in Hansel and Gretel. The artist studied at the Conservatoire national superieur de musique et de danse de Lyon and completed her training at the Opera Studio of the Flanders Opera. She has won prizes at numerous international competitions and has performed in various opera houses in Europe, as well as in China and Canada. Her repertoire includes Violetta (Giuseppe Verdi – La traviata), Micaela (Georges Bizet – Carmen), Gilda (Giuseppe Verdi – Rigoletto), Donna Anna and Donna Elvira (W. A. Mozart – Don Giovanni), Antonia (Jacques Offenbach – Les contes d’Hoffmann), Adina (Gaetano Donizetti – L’elisir d’amore), Anna (Giuseppe Verdi – Nabucco), and many others. In 2018/2019 Perrine Madoeuf interpreted Marquise del Poggio in Un giorno di Regno by Giuseppe Verdi at the Festival Verdi, in Busseto, Italy, Marguerite in Faust by Charles Gounod at the Estonian National opera, Comtesse Adèle in Le Comte Ory by Gioachino Rossini at the Opéra de Rennes and Opéra de Rouen, as well as made her debut at the Latvian National opera with the title role – Blanche in Dialogues des Carmélites by Francis Poulenc.
