Igor Renzetti is a multimedia artist who works in the fields of video, sound and lighting. Since 2007, he has taken part in various productions and has worked together with directors Matteo Davide, Giorgio Barberio Corsetti, Simona Senzacqua, Manuela Cherubini, Fabio Cherstich, Sofia Coppola, Cecilia Ligorio, among others. In collaboration with other video artists (Fabio Massimo Iaquone, Luca Attili, Lorenzo Bruno and Alessandra Solimene) he has designed animations and videos for numerous productions created by director Giorgio Barberio Corsetti, including Giuseppe Verdi’s Macbeth (Teatro alla Scala in Milan, 2013), songplay I Was Looking at the Ceiling and then I Saw the Sky by John Adams (Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, 2013), Gioachino Rossini’s Cinderella and Philipp Glass’ opera The Witches of Venice (Teatro Massimo in Palermo; 2016), opera Fra Diavolo by Daniel Auber (Teatro dell’Opera in Roma, 2017). Igor Renzetti is a part of the creative collective Officine-K with Lorenzo Bruno and Alessandra Solimene and others. Along with his work in theatre he also carries out video and sound installations.
