Michael Kramenko studied scenography at Tel-Aviv University. In 2002 he became a chief designer at the Gesher theatre – one of the leading Israeli theatres that presents its plays at many festivals around the world (Barbican centre London, Lincoln Centre New-York, etc).Winner of five Israeli Theatre Prizes for “Best Set Designer of the Year” - 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007.Winner of Israeli Theatre Prize for “Best Costume Designer of the Year” – 2007.He is the set designer of the many musicals – such as the biggest Israeli musical ONE presented by the singer RITA, he also creates sets for concerts, shows, government events and performances. In 2007 Michael Kramenko represented Israel at Prague Quadrennial – the international theatre design exhibition. Among his last works – full props and set design for Mayumana’s show in Madrid and set design for the “Vienna-Marakesh” musical show in Eilat, Sarit Hadad Cesarea show and others.
