Croatian costume designer Petra Dancevic (1982) graduated fashion design at the Faculty of Textile Technology at the University of Zagreb, then enrolled MA studies in Costume designing at Kunstuniversität Linz in Austria and is currently completing her studies. In 2010 she received the Rector’s Award. She realized her first costume design in 2003 and has been working as the professional costume designer since 2006. Her work so far included creating costumes for movies and theatre, as well as many ballet, opera and musical productions. As an associate costume designer at the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb she worked on about twenty productions of operas and ballets.
