MIERVALDIS JENČS studied at the Latvian Academy of the Music (1982-1990) in Bruno Egle's Vocal class. Additional training in 1992 at the E.C.O.V. Summer School in Gent, Belgium and in 1994 with Prof.Katia Angeloni (Bari, Italy). Member of the Latvian National Opera since 1992.
