BaritoneViktor Korotich graduated from the Prokofiev Academy of Music in Donetsk in 2005. From 2002 to 2007 he was a soloist at the Solovyanenko Opera and Ballet Theatre in Donetsk. He is a soloist at the Mariinsky Academy of Young Singers since 2007. Viktor Korotich is an honoured Artist of the Republic of Northern Osetia-Alania.

His repertoire includes Figaro (Il barbiere di Siviglia), Belcore (L’elisir d’amore), Papageno (Die Zauberflöte), Onegin (Eugene Onegin), Yeletsky (The Queen of Spades), Enrico (Lucia di Lammermoor), the Conte di Luna (Il trovatore), Rodrigo (Don Carlo), Escamillo (Carmen), Silvio (I pagliacci, ), Silvio (I pagliacci) etc.

Viktor Korotich took part in concerts of the Academy of Young Singers. He has toured with the Mariinsky Opera Company to Spain, Germany and Switzerland as well as appearing at the Moscow Easter Festival (2008, 2009).
