Ukrainian soprano TATIANA ANISIMOVA was born in Sverdlovsk. In 1992 she graduated from the Odessa State Nezhdanova Conservatoire. The same year she was invited to join the Odessa State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet, with which she performed abroad several times as a lead soloist. She is a soloist with the National Opera of Ukraine since 2001. In 2003 she made her debut at the Bolshoi Theatre as Turandot in the opera of the same name by Puccini.
Tatiana Anisimova is a People's Artist of Ukraine. She is a prize-winner at the International Competition in Bilbao (2nd prize, 1996), a prize-winner at the International Alfredo Kraus Competition (3rd prize, 1996), a prize-winner at the International Lysenko Competition (1st prize, 1992) and a recipient of the Ukraine's national Voice of Ukraine prize.
Her repertoire includes: Tatiana (Eugene Onegin), Joan of Arc (The Maid of Orleans), Liza (The Queen of Spades), Iolanta (Iolanta), Katerina Ismailova (Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk), Lady Macbeth (Macbeth), Leonora (Il trovatore), Amelia (Un ballo in maschera), Elisabeth (Don Carlos), Aida (Aida), Manon (Manon Lescaut), Tosca (Tosca), Cio-Cio-San (Madama Butterfly), Turandot (Turandot), Nedda (I pagliacci), Carmen (Carmen) etc.
Tatiana Anisimova's repertoire also includes soprano roles in Vivaldi's Stabat Mater and Verdi's Requiem.
