The Latvian National Opera and Ballet would like to thank our loyal audiences for your patience and understanding. Events from March 13 to June 18 are partly canceled and partly postponed to the period from September to November 2020.

CANCELED EVENTS

 

Tickets for the cancelled events will be refunded:

• Tickets will be automatically refunded for canceled events if the ticket was purchased through a money transfer or on the online store www.bilesuparadize.lv*. The process doesn't require any additional forms to be filled in.
• If the ticket was purchased at the box office, please fill in the electronic refund application or contact the box office of the Latvian National Opera (working hours are available HERE) or any Biļešu Paradīze box office. It is possible to add several tickets to one electronic application.

* in case e-tickets have been purchased by paying for them with a gift card, please fill in the refund application, indicating the type of payment and account number in the notes.

Due to restrictions, please consider the need to contact the ticket office in person. We kindly ask you to  fill out the refund application electronically. The submitted applications will be reviewed and in case of doubt we will contact you before returning the money.

 

POSTPONED EVENTS

Events, that have not been cancelled, are postponed for September-November 2020.

For spectators who have purchased tickets to these events, LNOB offers:

• change tickets to the same performance or other title in September, October or November 2020;
• get a refund if you do not want to change your ticket.

CHANGING YOUR TICKETS

• Both box office and electronic tickets can be exchanged for the same performance or a different title at the LNOB or at any Biļešu paradīze box office.

REFUND

• For the tickets purchased at the box office. If tickets are no longer available for exchange or you do not want to attend any of the offered events, the refund is made at the LNOB or at any Biļešu Paradīze box office, or electronically by filling in the refund application form.
• For the tickets purchased through a money transfer or on the online store www.bilesuparadize.lv. If tickets are no longer available for exchange or you do not want to attend any of the offered events, please apply electronically by filling in the refund application form.

Please Note:

• the number of seats available at events will be reduced due to gathering restrictions;
• when changing tickets, we will ask for the contact information of the visitor and his / her companion. The information will be stored by the LNOB for one month so that it can be made available to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (SPKC) if necessary;
• we recommend that you download the Apturi Covid (Stop Covid) app.
