Dear spectators! First of all, we would like to thank you for the support and understanding we have received. This turbulent time has brought changes to the daily lives for all of us. The Latvian National Opera and Ballet is no exception either; we have made changes to the LNOB repertoire in November.

Opera performances "I Played, I Danced" on November 4, 11 and 14 and "Don Pasquale" on November 6, as well as the chamber music concert "Dream" on November 14 are CANCELLED

Ticket owners to these events will receive a full refund. Refund procedure:

• Tickets will be automatically refunded for cancelled events if the ticket was purchased through a money transfer or on the online store www.bilesuparadize.lv.
• If the ticket was purchased at the box office, please fill in the electronic refund application form or contact the box office of the Latvian National Opera or any Biļešu Paradīze box office. It is possible to add several tickets to one electronic application.

SOLO CONCERT BY GÜNTHER GROISSBÖCK has been rescheduled from November 30 to Sunday, November 22

Changes have been made due to the changes in the artist's creative plans. Purchased tickets are valid and seats remain the same. If you cannot attend the concert on November 22, please apply for a refund until November 10 in accordance with the procedure mentioned above.

REDUCED number of seats

According to the latest changes in the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers, the number of seats in the venue must be reduced, allowing only 300 spectators to attend each performance in November. Unfortunately, this means a difficult decision for us; we are forced to remove seats that have been already purchased.

Appreciating the loyalty of our spectators, we have decided to reduce the number of seats according to the time of the ticket purchase, thus giving the opportunity to watch performance to those spectators who had purchased their tickets first. Ticket holders for the removed seats will be contacted individually. All the cancelled tickets will be fully refunded. We are aware that there is no perfect solution for this situation, therefore we kindly ask for your understanding.

Facebook group for ticket exchange

We understand that the constraints imposed by COVID-19 can also affect your plans for enjoying culture; for some it has become impossible to attend the event, while for others free time has appeared that could be used to watch an opera or a ballet performance. We have created a Facebook group OPERAS UN BALETA BIĻEŠU MAIŅA (Opera and Ballet Ticket Exchange), which will serve as a communication platform for spectators. If you have tickets that you do not plan to use, report to the Facebook group thus giving someone else a chance to enjoy the event!
