The Latvian National Opera and Ballet tickets may be returned or changed only in cases when the show has been canceled or the date has been changed.

If you own tickets to the events of Latvian National Opera and Ballet from year 2020 to 2023, that were cancelled, you may receive a refund.

Refund procedure:

• Tickets were automatically refunded for cancelled events if the ticket was purchased through a money transfer or online.
• If the ticket was purchased at the box office, please contact us by writing an e-mail to tickets@opera.lv. Please attached to the e-mail a scanned copy or a photo of your tickets as .jpg, .pdf or .png document, as well as send us following information:

- Name, surname
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Bank account number and name of the bank
- Ticket numbers (please write numbers of all the attached tickets)
