The Latvian National Opera and Ballet would like to thank our loyal audiences for your patience and understanding. The events from March 13 to June 18 are canceled or will be postponed to the period from September to December 2020.


If the ticket was purchased through a money transfer or on the online store, therefund application does not need to be filled out - the viewers will be automatically refunded for tickets of canceled events until 08/03/2020.

Tickets will be automatically refunded for canceled events if the ticket was purchased through a money transfer or on the online store will be settled until August 3, 2020, and the process doesn't require any additional forms to be filled in.

* in case e-tickets have been purchased by paying for them with a gift card or in a combined payment (payment card + gift card), please fill in the refund application, indicating the type of payment and account number in the notes.

If the ticket was purchased at the box office, please fill in the electronic refund application on or contact the box office of the Latvian National Opera (working hours are available HERE) or any Biļešu Paradīze box office. It is possible to add several tickets in one electronic application.

Due to restrictions, please consider the need to contact the ticket office in person. We kindly ask you to  fill out the refund application electronically. The submitted applications will be reviewed and in case of doubt we will contact you before returning the money.


If you have tickets to an event that has not been canceled, follow the updates. On 3 August, we will publish information on events that have been postponed and the dates they will take place. Customers who have purchased tickets for postponed events will be offered the choice of whether to exchange tickets or receive a refund.

Refund requests for these events will not be accepted until new dates are announced.
