Andžella Goba

Mezzo-soprano
ANDŽELLA GOBA graduated from the Jāzeps Mediņš Music College in 1998. In 2002, she graduated from the Latvian Academy of Music, class of Prof.Anita Garanča. Currently continues her studies as a post-graduate student with Prof.Arvīds Imants Luste. Andžella Goba is a laureate of the Latvian Music Colleges Vocal Competition (1997). She is a soloist at the Latvian National Opera since 1998.
 
She was awarded the Latvian Theatre Award for The best debut of the season (1999), Annual Aldaris Award (1999), Great Music Award (1999), and the Prof.Pauls Sakss Distinction Award presented by the fraternity Talavija (2000).
